Case Study 1 - Turnaround Project

Client: A Leading European Procurement Consultancy with a key strategic office based in Leeds
Assignment: 2 x Category Managers
Context: Following failed engagements with other consultancies and direct approaches, we were subsequently briefed on 2 Category Manager roles, Yorkshire based.
Result: Through our network we provided strong shortlists within 2 days. All submitted candidates were invited to interview by the client. Resulting in 2 offers for which were accepted. 100% fill rate.

Assignment: Supply Chain Manager – initial 6 months fixed term contract
Context: Competitive role with 2 other recruitment consultancies, immediate business critical requirement as imcumbent moving into another role internally
Result: We provided a 3 candidate shortlist within 1 day. 2 candidates selected for interview and subsequently 1 candidate was offered the role which they accepted. The candidates contract was extended after 6 months as there performed very well in the role.
